In the selection process, candidates submit the following documents: - curriculum vitae in accordance with the attached form, including information about persons (at least three) from whom the nomination commission can obtain references about the candidate for the last 10 years; - a declaration in accordance with the requirements of Article 37, paragraph 4 of the Public Persons' Capital Shares and Capital Companies Management Law, Article 295 of the Commercial Law and Article 6 and Article 7, paragraph 5 of the Law "On the Prevention of Conflict of Interest in the Performance of Duties by a State Official" in accordance with the attached form (indicating compliance with the status of an independent board member in accordance with Article 37, paragraph 6 of the Public Persons' Capital Shares and Capital Companies Management Law, if applicable); - copies of documents certifying higher education (if a document certifying higher education was obtained abroad, a copy of the Academic Information Center certificate is requested indicating which Latvian academic degree or diploma the education document corresponds to); - a strategic vision on the main future challenges of SIA "Getliņi EKO" and the role of the board in the capital company's management, providing insight into the most important priorities, taking into account the board member's field of competency – strategy development and implementation, corporate governance and change management, finance, risk management and internal audit and/or core operations (waste management, circular economy, environment and energy) (vision scope – up to 1,000 words). The vision will be evaluated substantively by the nomination commission in the first round of the nomination process and will be presented (~ 15 min.) to the nomination commission by those candidates who are nominated for the semi-structured interview round.
