WORK TASKS Do you want to make a difference and create meaning for others? We're looking for you to work as a temporary care worker in elderly care or LSS. With us, you'll have meaningful work where you contribute to other people's well-being while having fun with colleagues and gaining invaluable experience. As part of our teams, you work close to people and support them in their daily lives. Work tasks may include: • Personal care and hygiene • Support with meals, cleaning, and other daily chores • Social interaction and trustworthy care • Accompanying people to medical visits, activities, or errands • Work based on helping people help themselves to strengthen independence • Medication management after approved delegation Support is needed around the clock, which means you can work day, evening, or night shifts on weekdays and weekends. As a temporary worker with us, you make yourself available in our booking system Time Care Pool when you have the opportunity to work. In certain assignments, you may cycle or drive a car. QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone with a warm approach and a genuine desire to help others. Experience or education is a merit, but your attitude and commitment are most important to us. We place great emphasis on your personal suitability. Requirements • Work within home services, especially in special residential settings and LSS may involve working alone, threatening and violent situations, heavy lifting, and medication handling. According to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations on minors' work environment (AFS 2023:2 ch. 8), such work is not permitted for minors. Anyone hired must therefore be at least 18 years old. • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • You are capable of physical work with considerable movement where heavy lifting may occur • You work according to basic hygiene routines and in a short-sleeved shirt • You can work with both men and women Merits • Education in care or pedagogy (attach relevant grades/certificates with your application) • Experience with similar work in elderly care or LSS • B-class driver's license • You can cycle Other Information • Applications are processed continuously during the application period.
