It requires personal maturity, attentiveness, and flexibility, but above all, genuine commitment to making a difference in another person's life. As a personal assistant, you provide support throughout the user's entire day. This may include helping with personal care, such as hygiene, dressing and undressing, as well as transfers and lifting, sometimes with the help of various assistive devices. You also support household tasks, cooking, and other daily routines. The work includes accompanying users on activities, walks, errands, and doctor's visits, and being a social support. Certain health and medical care tasks may occur following delegation from licensed personnel, such as medication management or simple medical interventions. The role requires you to be present, active, and engaged in creating a safe, meaningful, and structured daily life for the user. QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with people and who has a respectful approach and professional manner. You are independent, take responsibility in your work, and at the same time have a good ability to collaborate with both family and colleagues. We would like you to have experience working in an individually tailored manner based on each person's needs, circumstances, and resources. You are confident in your role, humble yet clear in your communication style, and have a natural commitment to motivating and creating meaningful moments in everyday life. Qualifications: • As the work involves social documentation, proficiency in Swedish is required, both spoken and written. Meritorious: • Experience working as a personal assistant • Experience working within LSS • Completed a care program, child and leisure program, or other pedagogical education that the employer deems equivalent • Class B driver's license Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
