Contact Worker

Contact and field worker: working with substance use disorder clients and potentially with their loved ones in a contact center, ensuring the operation of the contact center, and performing relevant administrative tasks We require: Higher vocational or university education in social and health services (social work, addiction studies, or related fields) or a social services worker course per Act No. 108/2006 Coll. and Decree No. 505/2006 Coll., orientation in social services and knowledge of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., the Social Services Act is required, clean criminal record, health fitness, and a clarified relationship to drugs and drug users, communication skills, ability to empathize and establish contacts, reliability, responsibility, ability to work in a team and independently, PC skills, driving license category B is an advantage, previous volunteer work or experience in addiction services or other social services is advantageous We offer: interesting and diverse work, part-time position, salary from 9,990,- Kč, 25 days of vacation, opportunity for further professional education, work under supervision and professional guidance, backing of an established and stable non-profit organization, start immediately or by arrangement First contact by email only, not in person or by phone.
