Handling Worker - Ecology

Jihostroj a. s. is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of handling worker in our team. We offer independent work in a stable company, where you will be responsible for operating water management technologies and contributing to the maintenance of ecological and operational standards of the facility. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • operation of machinery and technological equipment at wastewater treatment plants • ensuring operational readiness and continuous monitoring of technological equipment at wastewater treatment plants • collection, sorting, and storage of waste in the waste storage facility • waste documentation and record-keeping • maintenance of operational documentation • operation of forklifts and cranes WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU • vocational training, preferably in a technical field • experience in operating forklifts • independence, manual dexterity, precision, and attention to detail • responsible approach to fulfilling work tasks • willingness to work in shift mode WHAT WE OFFER • guaranteed hourly rate of 190 to 200 Kč depending on education, knowledge, skills, and previous experience, with guaranteed growth after probation • guaranteed salary increase after successful adaptation and training • above-standard shift premiums • quarterly bonuses and vacation and Christmas bonuses (13th and 14th salary) based on company financial results • employee benefits under the JIHOSTROJ+ program • subsidized company cafeteria • contribution to life or pension savings • possibility of accommodation in company dormitory/apartments for easier start • 5 weeks of vacation INTERESTED IN THIS POSITION?
