Then you might be the person we're looking for. Vårgårda Golf Club is now hiring a full-time Greenkeeper / Mechanic. Together with our Course Manager, you will play an important role in the daily operations and ongoing development of the golf course. Responsibilities In your role as Greenkeeper / Mechanic, you will, among other things: participate in daily course maintenance together with the Course Manager and other staff. perform service, maintenance, and repairs of the club's machinery fleet be responsible for sharpening and adjusting cylinder and rotary mowers troubleshoot, maintain, and assist with repairs to the club's irrigation system contribute to improving the course quality and maintenance through active improvement work. The role requires good collaboration skills, while at the same time you feel comfortable working independently and taking your own responsibility. We would appreciate if you have a genuine interest in golf course maintenance and machinery engineering. Desirable Qualifications It is desirable if you have: several years of experience in golf course maintenance experience as a Course Manager or Head Greenkeeper experience in service and repair of golf course machinery / vehicles experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems spray certification Driver's license (Category B).
