As a unit manager in support services, you receive an important and meaningful assignment where you lead an operation that makes a difference in people's daily lives. You are responsible for a team of approximately 30 employees and have operational responsibility for group housing, service housing, personal assistance, and administrative support. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES In this role, you have overall responsibility for finances, work environment, and quality within your unit. You work closely with employees and create conditions for a safe, professional, and development-oriented operation with the service users' needs at the center. You become part of the social services management group, where both culture and structure are important parts of the joint work for the best of the area. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have appropriate higher education for the assignment. You have experience working in care and welfare-related professions and experience in leadership, where you have led, supported, and created conditions for others to develop in their work. It is a merit if you have previously worked as a manager in the municipal sector. You are a confident and clear leader with the ability to be close to operations without taking over. You create structure and work peace, value collaboration and involvement in improvement work. You have genuine commitment to the target group and their relatives.
