Your Role as Store Manager For you, employees and customers come first. At the same time, you deliver strong results for your store, follow up, and improve to achieve even higher targets. You have overall responsibility for your store's staff, customers, and results. As a sales-focused Store Manager, you lead the store by developing and coaching your sales team to guide customers to make the best purchases. You are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and developing your team and ensuring daily operations through leadership and planning. You will work in daily operations alongside your team members and serve as an important role model. In your role as Store Manager, you are also responsible for keeping the store updated and aligned with our concept, all to create the best customer experience. Who Are You? About the Role As a store associate at Biltema, you are a central part of customers' experience in the store. In this role, your main focus is on the cashier, customer service, and café, where your demeanor and service orientation make a real difference in every customer interaction. Your workday is varied and characterized by a fast pace, clear procedures, and a strong customer focus. You meet our customers at the register, assist them in customer service with questions and requests, and serve them in the café. Regardless of the task, your goal is to provide quick, friendly, and professional service. You contribute to creating a welcoming environment where customers feel seen and helped. This is a permanent position that begins with a 6-month probationary period. The position is part-time, 30 hours/week. Great importance is placed on personal suitability, and you must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and have basic knowledge of English. It is advantageous if you have previous experience in cashier work, customer service, or café/restaurant operations. However, an interest in service and a willingness to learn are equally important.
