You move cars between different parts of the operation, pick up and deliver cars, and help the logistics team with practical tasks that need to be solved during the day. The work is varied and involves spending a large part of your workday on the go. One moment you might move cars at the facility, the next you could drive a car to the workshop or inspection, and then help with testing or other practical tasks. The role suits you if you are self-driven, flexible, and like solving things immediately when they come up. Work Tasks You will work with, among other things: Testing and test driving cars as needed Ensuring that the right car is in the right place at the right time Helping maintain order among cars and on parking areas Helping the logistics team with practical matters when the pace is high Handling keys, receipts, photography, and simple checklists Moving and parking cars at the facility and our parking areas Picking up and delivering cars to workshops, inspections, and partners Helping with other logistics and car production tasks as needed We are Looking for You If You Thrive with a fast work pace Are punctual, reliable, and responsible Are organized and good at maintaining order Can work both independently and with others Like practical work where you are constantly on the go Are flexible and can prioritize when multiple tasks need to be solved at the same time Have a B-class driver's license for manual transmission and are a safe and responsible driver It is advantageous if you have experience in logistics, the automotive industry, or work where you have had to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, but it is not required. About the Role As a driver, you are responsible for transporting cars between our facilities, customers, and partners throughout Sweden. You are often the person the customer meets at delivery or pickup and thus become an important representative for Bilsmidigt. The role places high demands on responsibility, punctuality, and professional customer service. Responsibilities You will work with tasks including: Deliver cars to customers throughout Sweden Transport cars between our facilities Document any damage, discrepancies, or issues Resolve practical situations that may arise during drives Test customers' cars according to our test protocol during pickup Pickup cars from customers, suppliers, and partners Plan and coordinate the week's drives together with the team Inform customers about arrival times and keep them updated during the journey Transports are primarily by car, but since assignments are carried out throughout Sweden, travel by train, bus, or plane may occur in connection with pickup and delivery of cars. What We're Looking For Hold a Class B driver's license for manual transmission Are punctual, responsible, and organized Have a clean driving record Have good driving experience and feel confident behind the wheel Have a service-oriented and professional demeanor Can be available for at least four drives per week Are flexible and can work evenings, nights, and early mornings when needed Previous experience with car transport, logistics, customer service, or similar work is a plus, but not required.
