The work also involves participating in important forums such as APT, team meetings, and incident reports, all to ensure safe and professional care for our elderly. QUALIFICATIONS You are a trained nursing assistant and want to be part of developing the new Ryttershov care and residential facility for people with cognitive illness. Ryttershov is an established operation that is now facing new construction, with the goal of creating a modern dementia center where good dementia care and safe, person-centered care form the foundation of daily work. In connection with the new construction, you will have the opportunity to participate in the facility's continued development and contribute to how future dementia care should be shaped with a focus on quality, knowledge, and collaboration. Experience working in dementia care or education in the field is a merit, as is experience working with people with cognitive illness and BPSD.
