Quality Inspector (Men, Women)
TRD as of 18/3/2026 Job Description - Monitors the quality status of manufactured parts (welding, assembly) in assigned areas - Performs daily regular inspections (product audits) in assigned areas, including documentation - Verifies weld seam lengths according to plan, including documentation - Verifies weld seam penetration quality through destructive testing (applies to men only), including documentation - Participates in identifying causes of nonconformities in the manufacturing process and their correction - Responsible for managing nonconforming products - Approves products after process changes (machinery) - Supervises approved repairs of nonconforming parts - Oversees sorting activities across the entire manufacturing facility - Evaluates quality and reliability of supplies - Operates measuring and testing equipment (calipers, torque wrenches, height gauges, hole gauges, micrometers, steel rulers, protractors) - Performs inspection of accompanying documentation - Performs measurement capability verification - Enters data into SPC - Ensures and conducts internal training for production employees regarding defects found internally or by the customer - Receives and records returned material from the customer - Informs supervisor of identified quality issues - Fulfills supervisor's requirements Employee Requirements - High school diploma with maturita or 2 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive industry - PC proficiency (MS Office) - Ability to read technical drawings - Advanced communication skills - Willingness to learn new things - Reliability We Offer: - Competitive salary - Monthly bonuses - Semi-annual bonuses - Annual bonus - Loyalty rewards - 5 weeks of vacation - Pension insurance contribution - Meal vouchers fully covered by the company - Transportation allowance - Pleasant work environment and stable employment Contact by email.
