Quality Engineer (M/F)

Do you want to participate in setting up quality processes, internal audits, and resolving customer quality issues in manufacturing? In Třešť, we are looking for an experienced colleague who will take on a broad professional agenda in the field of customer quality. You will be working for a manufacturing company that supplies aluminum components for medical devices, energy, and transportation systems. What will your work entail in this position? Your work will have several equally important parts: • Resolve customer complaints and communicate with customers, • Prepare, modify, and maintain controlled company documentation, • Conduct regular internal audits, • Implement new standard requirements, particularly ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, • Collaborate on setting quality standards, • Provide support to colleagues in resolving quality issues. This position reports to the Quality Manager. It is not a management role, but an independent professional position with responsibility for quality across manufacturing. What kind of person are we looking for? For this position, it is important that you have: • At least secondary school education, • English at a communicative level for customer interactions, • Experience in the quality field in a manufacturing company, knowledge of quality tools, • Experience conducting internal audits, very good command of technical documentation, • Ability to independently solve problems and follow through on tasks. An advantage is knowledge of: • IATF, APQP, 8D, • Root cause analysis tools, other quality tools. Willingness to travel
