Master/Supervisor of Cardboard Box Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities: Works closely with the production manager, organizes manufacturing processes according to company policies and current production plans. Responsible for quality control of work performed by subordinates and meeting production targets. Also responsible for monitoring and maintaining machinery and equipment, recommending repairs and ensuring regular maintenance. Schedules shift assignments and oversees workplace organization. Leads a team of approximately 20 people. Main objectives include meeting delivery deadlines, increasing productivity, quality control, reducing defect rates, processing nonconformity reports in the assigned department, and promoting team collaboration.
