Requirements and Business Analyst / Agile Team Coach

Assignment Description For a government agency, we are seeking an experienced Requirements and Business Analyst who can also take on the role of Agile Team Coach / Scrum Master in an agile development team (SAFe). You will operate at the intersection of business and IT to investigate, detail, and systematically document business needs while supporting the team's agile working methods. The role combines qualified requirements analysis with agile leadership. You will ensure that business needs are translated into clear requirement structures, solution proposals, and development tasks in close collaboration with business experts, architects, developers, and testers. Your main responsibilities: Needs Capture & Requirements Analysis: Lead investigations of business issues and needs capture as a foundation for requirements documentation. Requirements Structure & Backlog: Ensure a clear requirements structure and transform needs into solution proposals and development tasks (user stories/epics). Agile Leadership: Take on the role of Team Coach / Scrum Master and drive and develop the team's agile working methods according to SAFe. Business & IT Bridge: Act as the central link between IT development and business experts. Tools & Model Management: Work with requirements, process, and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence. Mandatory Requirements Experience Level: Level 3 (high generalist competence, independence, and experience from larger assignments; typically 9–12 years of experience in the field). At least 5 years of experience with requirements work and leading investigations of business issues in projects or operations. At least 5 years of experience with models, techniques, and tools (e.g., Jira and Confluence) for requirements analysis, process, and systems development. At least 3 years of experience with requirements definition according to agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). At least 3 years of experience with requirements work in IT-oriented business operations at the intersection of IT and business. At least 1 year of experience in a leading agile role such as Team Coach or Scrum Master. Very strong ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing in Swedish. Meritorious Requirements Experience working at a government agency. Experience with investigation and requirements specification for technical services and APIs. Experience with use case modeling (Use Cases) from the perspective of a requirements analyst. Experience with information and process modeling. Assignment Description For a large public sector organization within public transportation and infrastructure, we are now seeking a driven and organized Requirements Analyst / Requirements Manager. You will work within the Technology & Traffic Services section and participate in several large and complex initiatives, including procurement of a new system for facility and property management as well as implementation of on-demand transportation. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that requirements work is conducted in a structured manner and with high quality throughout all phases, from pre-study and analysis to procurement and implementation. You will operate in a complex system landscape with many interacting IT systems, extensive integrations, and stakeholders from multiple business sectors. Your main responsibilities: Requirements Capture & Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze business needs and translate these into a comprehensible and concrete set of requirements. Desirable Requirements Certification in requirements management (e.g., IREB, REQB, IIBA) or documented experience with an established requirements method from at least two assignments. At least 3 years of experience working in both agile development teams and project organizations. Experience from at least two (2) assignments involving business case analyses. Experience from at least two (2) assignments developing acceptance criteria / acceptance scenarios. Senior Requirements Analyst – Public Sector

Assignment Description We are now looking for a highly senior and driven Requirements Analyst for an exciting assignment within the public sector. You will be part of a cross-functional agile team (with developers, testers, and project managers) that takes overall responsibility for both new development and management of business-critical investigation systems. In this role, you will act as the bridge between IT and the authority's operations.
