Daily Tasks Your daily work will include: Making our passengers feel so welcome they want to take the bus again. Driving safely and responsibly. Being a helping hand, both for your colleagues and our passengers. Ensuring the bus is on time – though of course we prioritize safety first. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who: Likes meeting people and sees every interaction as a chance to brighten someone's day. Has a valid Category D driver's license and approved professional competence certificate (YKB). Is responsible, conscientious, and drives safely – as if your own life depended on it. Greets warmly and smiles (even before your morning coffee kicks in). Can keep to schedules – or at least tries your best with a focus on safety. Can speak and understand Swedish so you can provide information, report when something happens, and chat with passengers when appropriate. Is flexible – the job has varying working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. We plan well in advance, but you need to be comfortable with days varying.
