Road Inspector (M/F)

General job responsibilities: Preparing statements, processing agreements on restriction of property use, future contract agreements regarding establishment of easements and agreements on establishment of easements for structures and activities on roads, road land, in their vicinity and in road protection zones, including connection of properties to the road network which are the subject of third-party plans within the territorial jurisdiction of the respective district where the organization is party to the proceedings Ensuring and performing management over access points to roads and land implemented as part of utility infrastructure Ensuring archival storage of documents and written materials of the assigned agenda Qualifications and professional requirements: Completed higher education in a bachelor's degree program, higher or complete secondary vocational education Orientation in relevant legal regulations (building law, law on land communication, advantageous) Criminal record clearance Excellent communication skills, ability to work with people Good knowledge of working with PC (Word, Excel) Driver's license category "B" What we offer: Work at a regional contribution organization Opportunity to bring new ideas and suggestions Further professional education through specialized training and courses Full-time position with a three-month probation period Salary according to Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labor Code, as amended, and Government Decree No. 341/2017 Coll., on salary relations of public service and administration employees, as amended, salary grade 10 depending on achieved education and experience Personal bonus after training period Public administration employee benefits (five weeks of vacation, meal allowance, pension insurance, five sick days per year, passes to sporting events, vitamin supplements) Contact person: Head of Construction Preparation and Implementation for Tachov District Ing.
