EVENT MANAGER / OPERATIONS
We're looking for someone with drive, energy, and the desire to move things forward. Someone passionate who will take the Castle Resort as their own, won't just wait for assignments, but will come up with their own ideas, seek new opportunities, and see them through to completion. WHAT AWAITS YOU HERE? * Weddings and private events – active participation in preparations and the wedding days themselves, communication with clients and suppliers, staff coordination, and oversight of smooth event execution. * Actively acquiring new contracts – seeking new opportunities and customers for weddings, corporate parties, team-building events, celebrations, and other events at our resort, communicating with prospects, preparing proposals, and seeing agreed-upon events through to completion. * Managing Castle Resort operations – ensuring everything runs as it should. * Leading and coordinating staff – scheduling and shift planning, staffing based on current operations, weddings, and events. * Creating and executing new events and projects – finding new ideas and seeing them through from initial proposal through preparation and promotion to actual execution. * Cultural and experiential events for the public – preparation, organization, and oversight of their execution. * Marketing and social media – collaboration on Instagram and Facebook management, creating posts, stories and reels, photographing and filming content from resort activities. * Canva work – preparing visuals, posters, posts, and other promotional materials. * Resort communication and representation – communication with clients, business partners, suppliers, and media if needed. It's an advantage if you're not camera-shy and enjoy participating in reels or other video content. * Standard administration related to resort operations, weddings, and events. WHOM ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * an independent, responsible, and reliable person * someone with energy, initiative, and determination * someone who doesn't just wait for assignments but sees opportunities and comes up with solutions * excellent organizational and communication skills * ability to see things through from A to Z * ability to lead and coordinate a team * ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously * ability to stay calm and respond quickly to unexpected situations * attention to detail, thoroughness, and an eye for details * creativity and aesthetic sense * pleasant and professional demeanor * business thinking and desire to actively seek new opportunities and contracts * good practical knowledge of Canva, Instagram, and Facebook * standard PC skills – email, Word, Excel, etc. * Category B driver's license * willingness to work weekends according to planned operations and events * time flexibility and willingness to be available outside regular working hours if needed – weddings and events sometimes bring situations that can't wait until the next business day * desire to learn new things and develop the resort together with us Experience in organizing weddings, private or corporate events, managing people, sales, marketing, gastronomy, or hotel operations is an advantage, not a requirement. What matters more to us is your approach, independence, desire to learn, and ability to quickly get up to speed on new things. HOW DOES WORK HERE FUNCTION? Castle Resort is open primarily on weekends. That's when weddings, private, cultural and experiential events, and regular public operations take place. Therefore, you should expect that weekend work is a regular part of this position, especially during weddings and major events. However, this doesn't mean every weekend – the schedule is planned in advance and some weekends are free by agreement. Free days also fall during the work week. During the week, work focuses mainly on preparing weddings and events, communicating with customers, acquiring new contracts, creating schedules, marketing, social media, administration, and preparing new projects. Štáblovice Castle is looking for new faces to lead children's experience tours. Do you love children, are you creative, and do you enjoy the world of fairy tales? We might be looking for you. WHAT AWAITS YOU WITH US? - In September and October, you'll guide children through the castle in the role of a princess. - At Christmas, you'll transform into an angel during our Fairy Tale Christmas events. - You'll guide children through a story, communicate with them, and create a real experience for them. - You'll also be part of other castle events. - You can participate in designing programs, games, and new ideas. - You'll also become part of our social media – photo shoots, Reels, and presentations of children's events. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? First and foremost, someone who has a genuine wonderful relationship with children, can engage them, and isn't afraid to communicate in front of a group or camera. We're looking for reliable, pleasant, and creative personalities. Acting experience is an advantage, not a requirement. HOW DOES IT WORK? Tours and events take place on different days from Monday to Sunday according to a pre-planned schedule. You don't need to be available every day. We're looking for multiple guides, so individual dates will be arranged based on the castle's schedule and your availability. WHAT DO WE OFFER? - We'll provide beautiful costumes. - Space for your own creativity and ideas. - Involvement in creating castle content. - An unusual part-time job in a castle setting. 150 Kč/hour + bonuses.
