Inside Sales Representative in Länna (Temporary Contract)

We're looking to strengthen our team in Länna with an inside sales representative for 6 months! You'll work with equipment rental at our depot, over the phone, and in some cases at customer locations. The position includes taking orders for new rentals, following up on ongoing rentals, and identifying our customers' upcoming needs. About the Position As an inside sales representative, your main task is to strengthen Cramo's sales and rental of products and services with a focus on the local market. You're a natural point of contact for customers, provide excellent service, and introduce them to our full range of products, services, and digital tools. You work closely with your colleagues to find the best solutions. You work with both existing customers and actively reach out to new customers. Valid driver's license (category B) Good computer skills Fluent communication in Swedish and English You have sales experience and are passionate about closing deals and exceeding customer expectations. You build strong relationships and enjoy collaborating with others. You're open, responsible, and organized. You're solution-oriented with the customer's best interests in mind. You like to take charge of situations with customers, aiming to create value and meet a need or solve a problem, even in situations that can become a bit stressful. You take responsibility and act proactively—for example, suggesting alternative solutions that are better for the customer—and understand that this contributes to customer satisfaction. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail also help ensure customers feel you've exceeded their expectations. Previous experience in the construction industry and in a customer-facing role is a plus. We don't expect you to have knowledge of our specialized products, but we value curiosity and a willingness to learn and develop with us.
