Head of Sales

Do you want to lead sales for one of the Nordic region's strongest premium tire brands while developing both people, processes, and results? Nokian Tyres is now looking for a Head of Sales Sweden, a key role with significant influence over Swedish operations and a central position in the Nordic management team. In your role as Head of Sales Sweden, you will lead and develop the Swedish sales organization with full responsibility for sales, profitability, and commercial results in the Swedish market. You report to Nordic management, participate in the Nordic management team, and lead a B2B team of eight sales representatives plus functions in product, sales support/finance, and marketing. You will join a company with a strong market position, over one billion SEK in annual revenue in Sweden, and a broad and solid customer base. At the same time, there is a clear ambition to take the next step. We are therefore looking for a leader who can strengthen execution capability, develop processes, and create even better results through structure, follow-up, and clear focus on the market, customers, and business. The role combines strategic leadership with operational presence. You work closely with both customers and employees, take responsibility for some of the company's most important customers, and drive the development of the sales organization. With clear goals, efficient processes, and engaging leadership, you ensure that plans translate into activities and activities lead to results. We are looking for someone with: Experience leading larger sales teams or business units. Documented strong commercial results within B2B sales. Experience with major customers and managing multiple stakeholders. Experience from automotive or related industries. University degree We believe you currently work as a sales manager, sales director, business unit manager, or in another leading commercial role. You have experience developing both people and business and thrive in environments where long-term customer relationships, resellers, chains, or distributors are central to the business. As a person, you are down-to-earth, unpretentious, and direct. You are a leader who builds trust and engagement but also dares to set demands and drive change. For you, execution is as important as strategy, and you are structured, action-oriented, with a drive to turn plans into reality.
