We are hiring a MACHINERY MECHANIC (profession code: 723320) at the "Ropaži" branch (for a fixed term, 1.00 position) Requirements for candidates: Secondary vocational education, knowledge of the state language; Desirable work experience of at least 1 year; Ability to be client-oriented, balanced, attentive, responsible for your actions and work; Valid electronic signature (we will help create one). Main duties: Familiarize yourself with the structure, operating principles, and operation regulations of mechanical equipment at the branch; Monitor the technical condition of garden machinery (lawn mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and other mechanisms and units), perform their maintenance and repair, and provide timely written information to the Head of the Economics Department about parts needed for repairs; Operate and repair thermal energy equipment, except for equipment covered by warranty; Organize and perform automatic equipment maintenance and repair work, except for equipment covered by warranty; Monitor client assistance devices (wheelchairs, walkers, bicycles, etc.), perform their maintenance and repair; Monitor and control the condition of electrical appliances, household and professional equipment (washing machines, clothes dryers, etc.), perform equipment repairs within your competence (except for equipment covered by warranty), and take accident prevention measures; Accept into operation objects or equipment being put into service; Participate in the preparation of technical specifications for procurement of goods and services within your competence. We offer: Salary EUR 800–EUR 1,100 (gross) per month, during probation period salary up to EUR 825, after probation period average salary EUR 950; Social guarantees in accordance with the state administration regulations; Work experience in state administration; Good working conditions, additional vacation days for annual evaluation of 4–10 working days per year; Health insurance after 3 months of work. We invite you to work as a Nursing Assistant at the "Ropaži" branch (for an indefinite period, 0.5 full-time position) Position Objective: To ensure high-quality client care under nursing supervision at the branch. Requirements for Candidates: - Secondary professional or first-level professional higher education; - State language proficiency at B1 level; - Registration in the Healthcare Professionals Register; Nursing Assistant qualification; - Good interpersonal and communication skills, client-oriented approach, and focus on positive work results. - Valid electronic signature. Key Responsibilities: - Assess clients' health status, identify their self-care level, problems, and possible corrections; - Train clients to perform complex care (skills to assess their health, maintain personal hygiene, etc.); - Assist clients with necessary hygiene procedures according to care levels (washing, oral hygiene, teeth, ear, and nasal care procedures); - Participate in preparing clients for medical and psychological treatment, rehabilitation, and development; - Develop and improve clients' self-determination abilities, communication and self-service skills, ability to adapt to social environment, and promote client integration into society (communication and behavioral culture, table etiquette, financial planning, shopping skills, etc.); - Provide first and emergency medical aid to clients and employees of the branch, ensure pre-medical assistance. We Offer: - Work experience in state administration; - Normal working hours; - Salary from 550 EUR - 554 EUR (gross, for half-time position); salary up to EUR 550.50 during probation period (for half-time position); - Monthly allowance of 10% related to special hazards; - Health insurance after 3 months of work; - Friendly, responsive, and professional colleagues; - Special allowance for healthcare professionals for work experience up to 8% of the set monthly salary (certificates of work experience from previous employers must be submitted); - Additional leave for special hazards (3 working days per year) and additional leave for annual evaluation (from 4 to 10 working days per year).
