We'll teach you how to operate systems that assist with product descriptions, pricing offers, and email campaigns. Your task is to input, review, and approve the results. You are the final quality check before anything reaches customers. 2) Customer support via email, chat, and phone - helping with equipment selection and handling complaints. 3) Communication with suppliers - verifying prices, availability, or technical details. 4) General e-shop maintenance and occasional collaboration with programmers. Required Skills: 1) Ability to work with AI without blindly trusting it. We're not looking for certificates, but for a habit: turning to AI to solve a problem and critically evaluating the result. You'll use AI daily here. If you don't master it today, we'll teach you, but you must be willing to learn. 2) Active interest in IT and knowledge of hardware. You understand what an SSD is, the difference between DDR4 and DDR5, or why someone chooses a specific graphics card. We'll deepen your expertise. 3) Excellent Czech language skills - flawless spelling and cultivated communication in writing and speech. You are the final check on everything that goes to customers. 4) Communication skills and willingness to take calls.
