You would communicate with them regularly, but your primary role should be that of an experienced programmer. • You're an experienced backend engineer who knows how to run and maintain production grade applications and APIs. • Python is your strong suit - you've been working with it for several years and feel fully at home in its ecosystem. • You've already designed applications end to end, including architecture and technology choices - and you can clearly explain why you chose a particular approach. • You learn fast and enjoy exploring new tools, technologies, and approaches. • You're independent and accountable - you can take ownership of a project and drive it forward without constant supervision. • You're comfortable working with virtualization and containers, especially Docker and container orchestration tools. • Linux, shell scripting, git and CI/CD are part of your everyday workflow. • Experience with AWS (or another cloud platform) is a great bonus.
