Head of Ecosystem & Strategic Development

This position focuses on developing relationships within the professional ecosystem, representing the organization at industry events, and systematically gathering direct market intelligence on target segments, competitive landscape, and strategic positioning opportunities. The role also includes coordinating internal AI tool implementation, connecting teams, supporting knowledge sharing, and developing internal contextual and knowledge infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: • Represent the organization at conferences, professional forums, panel discussions, podcasts, and networking events • Develop and maintain relationships within the relevant professional ecosystem • Identify and evaluate market opportunities, competitive landscape, and the organization's positioning in different segments • Prepare market insights, segmentation overviews, and strategic recommendations for leadership, sales, and product teams • Develop partnership collaborations and support related presentation and communication activities • Coordinate AI tool implementation across departments • Support employees in utilizing AI in their work processes • Develop and manage the organization's shared knowledge and context database • Monitor the impact of AI initiatives and communicate progress to leadership Candidate Requirements: • Proven experience in strategic development, building professional relationships, or developing partner networks • Ability to independently gather, evaluate, and interpret market and competitive information • Excellent communication, presentation, and representational skills • Experience presenting at professional events (advantageous) • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills • High degree of independence and ability to coordinate activities across teams • Understanding of digital technologies and interest in practical AI utilization in organizations • Very good English language skills, both written and verbal
