What awaits you in this position: o Sales takes the lead here - no boring sitting behind a counter, but lively work with people where your charm, energy, and communication skills play a crucial role. You'll help customers find the ideal solution that makes their daily lives easier, and offer products and services that make sense. o Every conversation could become a sale. And every sale brings you not just success, but also higher rewards. Your work has a direct impact on the store's results and your monthly income. Commissions have no cap, so the more you sell, the more you earn. o On the store floor, you'll be part of a team running at full speed - we share know-how, tips, and motivation to push further. You'll try different sales approaches, learn to deal with different types of customers, and improve your sales skills a little bit every day. o You'll work in an environment that has drive and ambition, but also fairness and humor. Because sales keep us going, but energy and people keep us strong. o Commissions have no ceiling. Our top sellers take home up to 70,000 Kč per month, the typical average is around 40,000 Kč including base pay, and everyone can grow higher.
