It's work that combines people management, professional practice—direct work with clients—service development, and client engagement. Who are we looking for? Someone who has: o at least post-secondary professional education that meets the requirements for professional work in social services, o education particularly in the fields of social work, addiction studies, special education, or a related relevant field, o experience from social, addiction-related, or similar services, o good knowledge of addiction issues and harm reduction, o the ability to organize work, make decisions, and take responsibility, o good communication skills, o a respectful approach to people who use addictive substances, o the capacity for self-reflection and a desire to continue growing professionally. Experience in managing people is an advantage, not a requirement. You will professionally and organizationally lead the Contact Center and its team. You will have the opportunity to influence the shape of the service, its quality, and its future direction.
