About the Role As a protection assistant, you are an important part of the daily work at Carria. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to a safe, stable, and secure everyday life for our clients. The role is varied, and work tasks are based on the facility's and clients' current needs. This may include being available to clients, providing practical and social support, contributing to structure in daily life, following security procedures, observing changes, and passing relevant information on to responsible colleagues. Documentation and other practical tasks are also included as needed to ensure daily operations and the facility function smoothly. You will not have individual client responsibility, but will work as part of the team according to the facility's routines, planning, and your area of responsibility.
