Job Duties: Security and patrol activities, operation of camera systems, protection and security of people and property, monitoring compliance with safety regulations, cooperation with the Czech Police in detaining persons committing criminal offenses. We Require: Age 18 or older, criminal record clearance documentation, basic PC skills, fluent spoken and written Czech, pleasant demeanor, reliability, responsibility, flexibility, ability to objectively assess and resolve emergency situations (theft). Security Guard or Detective Certificate (we will arrange) and experience in a retail security position are advantages. We Offer: Work in a stable company on full-time or part-time basis for a fixed-term contract with possibility of extension, bonuses for detaining persons committing criminal offenses and for resolving emergency situations. Requirements: Age 18 and above, proof of clean criminal record, professional demeanor, reliability and responsibility. Technical proficiency in operating digital camera systems is an advantage (training is always provided according to client standards). Ability to handle crisis and emergency situations within security duties (theft, disturbances, reporting incidents to the Police and cooperation with law enforcement authorities). Knowledge of Czech language in speech and writing. Prior experience and security guard certification are advantageous. Job Responsibilities: Security patrols and detective work in the store and assigned area, camera monitoring, ensuring protection of property and persons, security oversight of the entire store. Basic administrative tasks (daily records). Cooperation with the Czech Police in detaining persons committing criminal offenses (theft). We Offer: Work in a stable company on full-time or part-time basis. Bonuses for detaining persons committing criminal acts and for identifying and resolving emergency situations. Regular wage advance payments. Work schedule arrangement according to agreement with manager. Assistance in obtaining security guard certification.
