Additional details: The employee will perform routine maintenance of property, including municipal buildings and adjacent areas, including minor repairs, skilled trades work, municipal maintenance and cleaning, grass cutting and grounds maintenance, and winter maintenance of public spaces. This is not specialized skilled trades work, but rather support and operational activities ensuring municipal maintenance and cleaning.
