Technician duties include preparing investment proposals, issuing project documentation assignments, coordinating the design process and proposal review, selecting construction contractors, organizing construction inspections, monitoring project financing, resolving change order approvals (additions and deductions), coordinating building completion procedures, and handing over the building to the asset manager.
