Sales Assistant (M/F)

Start: April 30, 2026 We are looking for a new colleague for the position of Sales Assistant for our e-shop and retail store at Lovíme ryby in Mošnov near Ostrava. You don't need to be a fisherman body and soul. What matters most to us is your willingness to learn, communicate with customers, and fit into our team. If you already fish and know your way around fishing gear, that's a big plus for us. Since 2004, we have been supplying fishermen with quality equipment and operating an e-shop at www.lovime-ryby.cz. Now we're looking for someone to join us on a long and successful work journey. What your job will be advisе customers on product selection manage the e-shop and prepare orders for shipment pack orders so they reach customers in perfect condition receive complaints and help resolve them fairly and calmly manage products in the system occasionally contribute a tip or idea to our Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube We'll teach you everything you need to know step by step. Who we're looking for We're looking for a communicative and reliable person who is eager to work, learn new things, and isn't afraid to talk with customers. It will be an advantage for you if you have: interest in fishing experience in sales or e-shop work basic computer skills - Word, Excel, email knowledge of Pohoda software A clean criminal record is required.
