Production Assistant/Administrative Support

We are looking for a careful and independent colleague for the position of production assistant who will provide administrative and organizational support to our manufacturing process. This position is suitable for someone who enjoys maintaining order in documentation and data, can organize their work well, and is not afraid of daily communication with production, suppliers, and transportation providers. REQUIREMENTS: • Secondary school education minimum, • Attention to detail, systematic approach, and consistency when working with data and documentation, • Ability to independently organize and prioritize tasks, • Good communication skills, • Responsible approach and ability to follow tasks through to completion, • Ability to manage a large volume of orders and information simultaneously. Advantages: • Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering company, • Experience with ERP/information systems, • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and technical documentation, Technical education is not required. What is more important to us is attention to detail, logical thinking, and willingness to understand how the manufacturing process works. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Verifying production worker time records and correcting incorrectly or incompletely recorded data, • Continuous monitoring of production data accuracy in the information system, • Administrative management of external subcontracting – preparing and issuing orders, tracking deadlines, and communicating with suppliers, • Arranging transportation of materials, products, and parts to subcontractors and back, • Ordering tools and other materials needed for production, • Preparing and printing production orders and related manufacturing documentation, • Verifying completeness and accuracy of production orders, • Making corrections and amendments to manufacturing documentation, • Collating, closing, and archiving completed production orders, • Cooperating with production, technology, procurement, warehouse, and other departments, • Handling routine administrative tasks related to production operations.
