Coop Mölnlycke is an established and well-regarded store with a good selection and a clear organic profile. Our store hours are 6-23 every day of the week to offer good accessibility for our customers. The store has approximately 25 employees and a number of part-time staff.
We are now looking for you to help make our manual counters a success!

In your role as manager of delicatessen and fish, you will have varied responsibilities such as providing service to our customers at the store's manual counters and managing purchasing, sales, and quality control for the department. Our store also has an "On the go" segment and a salad bar, which fall under your responsibility. You will have specialized expertise in this area and ensure that development and operations on the departments run efficiently and professionally.
We want you to communicate easily, be clear in your leadership, and have a coaching and supportive approach with your colleagues. Furthermore, you should be skilled at inspiring and engaging your team members.
Previous experience in delicatessen and fish is highly desirable.
This is a permanent part-time position of 36 h/week with start date October 4th or as agreed. Recruitment is ongoing and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
