WORK DUTIES In your role as a personal assistant, you will work to implement individualized plans where the client's needs are in focus. Social documentation is part of the work tasks as well as participation in meetings. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who • Has training as a support assistant, nursing assistant, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. • Has experience working with people with intellectual disabilities and autism. • Has knowledge of low-arousal approach, structured pedagogy, and AAC. • Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. It is meritorious if you have a class B driver's license and experience working with Timecare and Treserva. As a person, you easily adapt your work style based on changed circumstances and new information.
