Court Executor JUDr. Ondřej Mareš, LL.M., Execution Office Litoměřice, is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Administrative Specialist with the possibility of promotion to a lead position. Job Responsibilities: administrative work in a court executor's program; following training and demonstration of results, promotion to a lead position overseeing a small team of employees, planning and monitoring work completed in the assigned department, monitoring operational processes and daily activities and optimizing their efficiency, motivating the team even in challenging situations, suitable also for a recent graduate with the necessary potential Requirements: higher education or secondary education, advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), intermediate knowledge of working with SQL queries, diligence, conscientiousness, precision, responsible approach, clean criminal record, experience in administration is an advantage but not a requirement We Offer: full-time work in a friendly team and in a pleasant work environment at a stable employer, starting salary from 30,000,- Kč depending on experience in administration, salary increase after training - enrollment in a financial bonus program and after appointment to a lead position - team leadership allowance.
