Fullstack Developer
Rebaba is building circular battery systems from second-life EV batteries. Our products power buildings, industries, and charging infrastructure while reducing costs and emissions. We design and assemble our systems in Sweden and combine hardware, embedded software, and cloud control into one integrated platform. We are now hiring a Full Stack Developer to own the software layer that connects our hardware to the people and businesses using it. As a Full Stack Developer at Rebaba you will own the full stack, from backend and database to frontend, app, and web development. This is a hands-on role where you take responsibility for the systems that monitor, control, and report on our BESS units in the field. You will get the chance to join and build a true dream team. Responsibilities Own full stack development - backend, database, frontend, app development, and web development Design and build backend services and APIs that connect to our BESS units and support our commercial and internal tools Work with data pipelines and messaging between our hardware and cloud systems, including MQTT-based telemetry Build and maintain databases (Postgres) that store operational, monitoring, and compliance data Develop and maintain web applications and internal dashboards Build and maintain mobile apps for iOS and Android where needed Write scripts and tooling to support development, testing, deployment, and operations Collaborate closely with embedded and electronic engineers to integrate software with physical hardware Develop machine learning models and data pipelines for advanced battery analytics Feed technical insights back to the team to sharpen our product and platform Requirements You have an exceptional track record of getting things done and making things happen You have hands-on experience across the stack: Postgres, REST APIs, NodeJS, scripting, and web development. You have built smartphone applications (Android and/or iOS) in the past. You are well-versed in novel machine learning techniques and comfortable working with big data streams. Full-Stack Developer
About us Glimra is building drought insurance for farmers — starting in Sweden, with the aim of going global. The models decide whether a farmer gets paid after a drought, and the platform takes a farmer from quote to signed policy to payout. We are looking for one of our first engineers. What you'd work on You'd start on the web application — TypeScript all the way: Next.js on the front end, NestJS on the back end, running on Kubernetes with Helm and Terraform underneath. You'd own features from design to production: the purchase flow, identity and payment integrations, and the services behind them. It doesn't stop at the application. Behind the product there are data pipelines, a modelling platform and satellite imagery, and the work widens as the product grows — the role evolves with it. It's greenfield. We're building the platform right now, so whoever joins gets to shape it. What we're looking for Strong across the stack — you've built and run real applications. Our stack is TypeScript, but that's not a hard requirement: we care about engineering judgment more than ecosystem depth, and the modelling side already runs on Python. Comfortable owning something end to end in an early-stage company: design, build, test, deploy, operate. You write tests first and treat infrastructure as part of the job, not someone else's problem. You can explain a technical decision to someone who doesn't code. Payments, identity (BankID) or regulated-industry experience is an advantage, not a requirement. How we work We write tests first, we agree the architecture up front, and we record decisions so they don't get re-argued in the next review. Those decisions feed the skills our AI agents follow; reviews run the same way — agents analyze first, a human decides. And how we work is itself up for revision: we adapt the process as we learn. We want team players, not rock stars. Direct feedback both ways, a lot of ownership handed over, and people sharing what they're doing as they go instead of going quiet and coming back when it's done.
