LATHE OPERATOR / CNC LATHE OPERATOR (m/f)
At DKL Tech, we believe that a precisely machined part is the foundation of every good machine. We do custom manufacturing – from design, through programming to measurement and final assembly. We work with modern equipment and projects that aren't "one click away". Do you enjoy working with metal, have an eye for precision, and want to see results that have real value? Then we're looking for you. What awaits you - Turning and grinding metal parts – work on grinders, conventional and CNC lathes depending on the type of project. - Complete care of the workpiece – from clamping, through machining to inspection and preparation for subsequent operations. - Reading and working with technical documentation – not routine "belt-driven" work, but diverse parts. - Modern facilities and equipment – machines that help, not hinder. - Responsibility for results – from tool setup, through production and deburring, to final measurement of the finished piece. - Regular maintenance is the foundation to keep everything running smoothly. What we expect from you - Technical education (minimum technical vocational school). Ability to read technical documentation. - Experience working on grinders, conventional and CNC lathes. - Knowledge of FANUC/Fusion 360 software programming is an advantage - You can work independently, but also function as a team member on a single project. - Most importantly: We're looking for a colleague who thinks while working, is reliable, and wants to improve in the field. We're not looking for someone who just wants to "get through it".
