We focus on Harm Reduction, distribution of HR materials, provide health and social counseling, basic health care, individual work with clients on change, counseling work with clients and family members, infectious disease testing, and crisis intervention. ACCOUNTANT - ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST
We are looking for a team member who is careful, responsible, communicative and has a pleasant demeanor, is proficient with PC, Word and Excel (required), has knowledge of accounting (does not need to be an expert), and has a clean criminal record. Job duties: managing the organization's document management service including mailbox administration, invoicing records including accounting entries, maintaining cash book records in Gordic software, selling meal vouchers to external diners, managing and overseeing the organization's warehouse operations (issuing and receiving protective equipment, cleaning supplies, office supplies, textiles and linens), conducting monthly warehouse closings including inventory counts.
