Do you want to take on a critical key role in ensuring our vehicles meet the right quality standards before being delivered to customers? We're now seeking a Quality Control Inspector for Carla who wants to be part of creating a safe, clear, and professional experience for our customers – from the first image to the completed vehicle documentation.
About the role
As a Quality Control Inspector at Carla, you are responsible for inspecting our vehicles before photography, focusing on ensuring that the vehicle meets the requirements according to our repair policy. You play a central role in identifying, documenting, and communicating discrepancies – both to facilitate photography and to ensure that correct information is included in the vehicle documentation.
You will be part of a team where quality and customer experience are at the center, and you will report to Isabelle Himmelstrand.
Your responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Inspect vehicles before photography to ensure we meet the requirements of our repair policy
Identify defects that need to be photographed (e.g., cosmetic discrepancies)
Document defects to be included in the vehicle documentation, so the customer receives correct and transparent information
Document quality issues that should have been addressed and ensure the vehicle returns to the production flow
Ensure that discrepancies are communicated clearly and effectively to the appropriate function

Requirements for the role
To be eligible for this role, you need to have:
Driver's license (category B)
Strong Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
Good computer skills and confidence in documenting in systems
Practical information
Scope: Full-time
Working hours: Varying between 07:00-19:00
Start: Immediately
Location: Mätarvägen
Reports to: Isabelle Himmelstrand
