As a Team Leader at IKEA Kungens Kurva, you'll have a dynamic role where you combine leadership with active participation in daily operations. About this work area You will have direct responsibility for approximately 15 employees whom you'll lead, coach, and develop in accordance with IKEA's people philosophy and values. You're responsible for all HR processes such as development conversations, rehabilitation, and skills development. You know that success comes through collaboration, and you enjoy working closely with your colleagues, building strong relationships, and inspiring teamwork. You'll also lead, plan, and distribute daily operations, while actively participating in the day-to-day work with your team and leading by example. You continually strive to improve and simplify work methods and routines to create a more efficient operation. Together with your employees, you work to ensure the department reaches its goals, while also contributing to the function's long-term strategic planning. Let's get in touch! We offer a full-time position (38.25 hours/week), with work shifts during daytime and evenings on weekdays, plus every third weekend. The position is covered by the HRF's or HAF's collective bargaining agreement, and we offer a fixed monthly salary with responsibility allowance and shift premium compensation.
