About the Role As an on-call parking attendant, you will have an independent and varied job working outdoors. You ensure that parking regulations are followed to maintain traffic flow and safety – but equally important is meeting people and providing excellent service. Your main responsibilities: Patrol and monitor our parking facilities and outdoor areas Issue violation notices for illegal parking Assist customers and the public with information and directions Report damage, deficiencies, or safety concerns in the parking environment Who Are You? You are calm, professional, and have a strong sense of responsibility. Since you will often be our face to the public, it is important that you are confident and can interact with people in a pedagogical and friendly manner, even when dealing with dissatisfaction. This job is ideal if you are a student, have another part-time job, or want flexible extra work. We are looking for someone who has: Class B driver's license (required) High school diploma Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Ability to work independently and take initiative Meritorious: training in civil law and/or public law parking enforcement What We Offer Work clothing adapted for all weather conditions, a supportive team behind you, and great freedom to manage your own availability – you work shifts that fit your schedule.
