We are now seeking a well-organized order and customer service coordinator for our office in Kista. As an order and customer service coordinator, you will become an important link between customers, sales, warehouse, and other parts of the business. You will be part of Operations and report to the CEO. You will receive a thorough introduction from an experienced colleague and step into an environment where organization, clarity, and excellent customer service are central. Responsibilities ● Receive and register customer orders via phone and email from both Swedish and international customers. ● Answer customer inquiries and provide clear feedback about products, prices, inventory status, and delivery times. ● Follow up on orders, deliveries, and discrepancies, and coordinate solutions when things do not go according to plan. ● Ensure that customer, price, and order information is always accurate in our systems. ● Work closely with sales, warehouse, and other functions. ● Over time, you may handle more export orders and contribute to improving our administrative routines and customer workflows. Qualifications ● Experience in customer service, order management, administration, or other service-oriented roles where attention to detail is critical. ● Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. ● Good system proficiency with a talent for learning new digital tools and business systems. ● Documented good numerical understanding and ability to work in a structured and methodical manner even when the pace increases. ● A humble attitude with a willingness to take responsibility for tasks from start to finish. Meritorious: ● Experience with business systems such as Movex, Microsoft Business Central, or M3. ● Good experience with Excel, master data, price files, or export and freight documentation. ● Experience from logistics, construction, industrial, or marine operations. ● Knowledge of Norwegian.
