We are looking for a Credit & Business Analyst to join our Wholesale and Services teams in a varied role supporting credit decisions, reporting, process development and business improvements. The company supports importers, dealers and customers with financing solutions, service products and high-quality customer support. Our team consists of 19 employees who share the same objective: to deliver professional, reliable and customer-focused service to our dealers, partners and end customers. About the role We are looking for a Credit & Business Analyst for a fixed-term position within a split function covering Wholesale and Services. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting daily operational activities, credit-related analyses, business reporting and continuous improvement initiatives across the company. The position combines recurring wholesale tasks with analytical assignments for the Services area, giving broad exposure to wholesale financing, risk processes, data analysis and cross-functional development work. Work location: The position is based in Kista. Hybrid work is applicable, with the possibility to work from home up to two days per week. Your responsibilities Manage recurring wholesale activities such as payments, credit limit updates, reminders, reporting and stock audit follow-up. Prepare financial analyses and gather relevant information to support credit decisions. Support dealership-related matters from both legal and AML/CFT process perspectives. Deliver data analysis and business reporting for the Services department. Identify, analyse and develop workflow improvements across departments. Support internal stakeholders with ad hoc reports, data insights and business improvement initiatives. Who we are looking for We believe you are analytical, structured and comfortable working with detailed information. You enjoy understanding data, workflows and business processes, and you have a practical problem-solving mindset. You are motivated by varied tasks and can work effectively with colleagues, dealerships, carmakers and other internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications and experience Fluency in Swedish or English. Strong Excel skills, including VBA and Power Query. Experience with financial analysis, risk management or credit-related processes. Experience in data analysis, reporting and business follow-up. Knowledge of or interest in the automotive, financing or banking environment. The Business Area Life Science includes both technical trading companies and companies with proprietary products. About the Role As Head of M&A within the Life Science Business Area, you will serve as the overall project leader for the BA's proactive acquisition deal flow. You will be responsible for the full M&A process — from identifying and contacting prospects, conducting initial and follow-up meetings, and building the internal business case. This includes managing NBO offers, due diligence, SPA negotiations, closing and onboarding. This does not mean you execute all steps alone; you are accountable for ensuring they are carried out in a timely and professional manner using the right resources across the organization. The Business Area has executed 6-8 acquisitions per year in recent years, split between standalone acquisitions and add-on acquisitions with the ambition to further increase deal flow. The role is an important platform position with significant internal and external interaction, and you will report to the Head of BA. You will collaborate closely with Business Segment Leaders, MDs of subsidiary companies, Indutrade's central M&A team and country-based M&A resources across Europe. A key part of the role is building a strong internal network and ensuring that sourcing activity is continuously driven forward across all markets. Key Responsibilities: • Drive and optimize the BA's proactive M&A deal flow and ensure a continuous pipeline of acquisition candidates across all markets • Manage and take overall responsibility for all stages of the acquisition process, from prospect identification through to closing and onboarding • Lead SPA negotiations and ensure professional execution of due diligence processes • Coordinate and leverage internal resources including Business Segment Leaders, BA MDs, central M&A team and country-level M&A resources • Build and maintain a strong internal and external network to support deal sourcing and execution across Scandinavia, UK & Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic and Spain • Prepare and present internal evaluations, investment proposals and IC materials in line with Indutrade's decision-making processes About You You are a commercially minded, structured and relationship-oriented professional who thrives in a high-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You are comfortable working independently, managing multiple processes in parallel, and navigating both strategic and operational challenges. You have a natural ability to build trust with business owners and entrepreneurs, and you understand how to tailor your approach to different cultures and markets. Important for the Role: • At least 6-8 years of experience in M&A, corporate development or private equity, with a strong track record of managing transactions end-to-end • Solid experience in deal sourcing, financial analysis and valuation, due diligence and contract negotiation (SPA) • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and geographies simultaneously • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills – you are comfortable engaging with entrepreneurs and business owners as well as senior internal stakeholders • Experience in or interest in the life science sector is a merit • Experience working in an international context outside the Nordics is a plus • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage Other Information Start: According to agreement Scope: Full-time Location: Stockholm Do you find this opportunity as Head of M&A at Indutrade interesting?
