About the Company Emploid has been tasked with recruiting an Installer for an established and growing company specializing in blinds and shading solutions. The company handles the entire chain from consultation and measurement to production and installation, serving both public and private clients. The business is now expanding in the Kalmar region, and as part of this growth, a local operation with warehouse and office space in Kalmar is being established. You will be an important part of this expansion and will work closely with the company's account managers in the region while receiving support from colleagues and headquarters in another location. This position is a consulting assignment where you will initially be employed by Emploid with good opportunities for permanent recruitment after the consulting assignment is completed. About the Role As an Installer, you and your closest colleague will be part of the new establishment in the Kalmar region. The client company is well-established with proven work methods, routines, and customer base, and you will receive solid support from headquarters to help you get up to speed. As an Installer, you will have considerable opportunity to plan your own work and schedule in collaboration with your manager and closest colleague. Primarily, you will travel to the company's customers and work on assembly and installation of interior shading solutions. Since these are often customized solutions for each customer, you will need to maintain close communication with the company's production team. Your work area covers Kalmar, Småland, and Blekinge. When needed, you will also assist with installations in other regions. This means that overnight stays will occur, and during certain periods, travel may be more intensive. You plan your own installations and routes in consultation with your colleagues and will work independently in the field much of the time. Morespecifically, the role involves: - Assembly and installation of a wide variety of interior shading solutions - Daily customer contact and work in various customer environments - Final inspection of installations and ensuring excellent results for the customer About You We are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands and feels comfortable with the practical aspects of installation work. When circumstances change or something doesn't work exactly as planned, you have the ability to pause, reconsider, and find a solution. At the same time, you understand that you represent the company when you step through a customer's door. We therefore believe you are a social and positive person who can easily adapt your approach depending on who you're meeting and who takes care to leave a professional impression. Since you work much independently, you also need to be responsible and organized. You are comfortable coordinating today's tasks, travel routes, and materials on your own and ensure that the work gets done without needing someone to guide each step.
