WE'RE LOOKING FOR OUR NEW FLOOR MANAGER! Are you the person who always sees what needs to be done – before anyone has to tell you? Do you stay calm when the pace picks up, love restaurant life, and enjoy having people around you? Then maybe we're looking for you. At Loccos, we're now looking for a full-time floor manager who will become one of our most important people on the floor. This is not a classic management position. You won't be sitting in an office delegating – you'll be in the middle of the team. You serve guests, shake drinks, do dishes, solve problems when needed, and simply do what it takes to make the evening great. At the same time, you have the added responsibility of ensuring that the entire operation runs smoothly when you're on site. You will, among other things: Lead and support the team during the evening shift Ensure that service and guest experience meet Loccos standards Make sure opening, cleaning, and closing routines are followed Solve problems and make decisions when things don't go according to plan Handle situations with staff and guests Be responsible on site during the evening's operations Be the natural person the team turns to when something happens You will work operatively in the operations and need to be ready to jump in wherever needed – whether it's in service, bar, dishwashing, or somewhere in between. WHO ARE YOU? We believe you are: Solution-oriented – problems are meant to be solved, not passed along. Social – you like people and feel comfortable with both guests and colleagues. Calm under pressure – when chaos hits, you keep your cool. Self-directed – you see what needs to be done and do it without being asked. Thorough – you don't leave things half-done and pay attention to details. You need to have serving experience. You need to be at least 20 years old, since the role involves responsibility for serving alcohol. Bar experience is a big plus, but not required. If you've never stood behind a bar but are the right person for the role, we'll teach you. And no – you don't need to have been a manager before. We're not looking for someone who wants to stand aside and give orders. We're looking for someone who is part of the team, but who naturally steps up when needed.
