Aftermarket and Service The aftermarket department's mission is to carry out warranty work and service commitments for our customers throughout the Nordic region. Travel is therefore a natural part of the work, and this position suits you if you enjoy independent and varied work. Your Responsibilities As a service technician, you are an important representative for Part at our customers' sites. You are responsible for performing service and warranty work with high quality and professional conduct. Your main responsibilities are to: Perform warranty work at construction sites and during home visits. Report completed work daily to the service coordinator via Dalux, phone, and email. Order materials according to established procedures. Work solution-oriented to ensure high customer satisfaction. Contribute to the development and improvement of work methods, procedures, and practices within the service operations. Be a professional representative for Part and act in accordance with the company's values and code of conduct. Who Are You? About the Position We are now seeking a new team member for our inspection department in Kalix. Inspection is the final quality control before our bathroom modules are delivered to customers. The role therefore requires that you are very thorough, have an eye for detail, and take responsibility for ensuring that each bathroom meets our high quality standards. You will be working in a team that currently consists of five people. We are looking for someone who not only wants to carry out tasks according to existing procedures but also actively contributes to developing and improving our methods, ways of working, and quality controls. We have sales offices in Arlandastad in Sweden as well as in Norway and Denmark. About the positions: We are seeking personnel for all stations on production lines 1 and 2, including freight handlers, installation specialists, HVAC technicians, cleaners, AIA personnel, electricians, and packers. We strive for a methodical and thorough work approach. In this role, you will work as part of a production team in Kalix. Previous experience in industrial assembly, HVAC training, or electrical training is a merit; if you lack this, on-the-job training will be provided. No prior experience is required.
