Work Tasks for Sheet Metal Worker in Auto Repair at Werksta Kalix
Repair and replace body and sheet metal components on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles
Use modern tools and equipment for damage repair and straightening
Collaborate with colleagues in the workshop, damage assessment, and painting for efficient workflows
Contribute to maintaining high quality in completed work and follow the workshop's procedures and processes
Document completed work in our digital systems
Participate in continuous improvements to work environment, processes, and customer service
Qualifications and Who We're Looking For
Interest in working with vehicles and bodywork
You are motivated by variety, teamwork, and the opportunity to develop in your profession
Experience in sheet metal work, bodywork, or similar is a merit but not a requirement
You are responsible, thorough, and service-oriented
Can work independently as well as in a team
Good communication skills in Swedish
B-class driver's license is a requirement
