Qualification Requirements - higher education degree in bachelor's or master's program (focus on social sciences, economics, law, andragogy, human resources management) We Require: - knowledge of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., the Act on Social Services and Decree 505/2006 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Act on Social Services, specifically in the area of payment rates for provided social services (all as amended by later regulations) - experience with certification in social services - an advantage - knowledge of ISO 9001 standard in its currently valid version - an advantage - experience with team leadership - PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - driving license category B - analytical thinking skills - effective communication skills - independence and decision-making ability - willingness to continue learning Job Responsibilities: - responsible for implementing and managing the quality management system in the organization, particularly its methodological leadership, planning, analysis, and setting metrics for quality improvement - responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining processes necessary for the quality management system according to ISO 9001; ensures process identification and mapping in the organization using process management methods and methodically guides the preparation of internal guidelines, process maps, and related documentation - cooperates with external entities - communication with certification bodies, customers, suppliers, etc. - collects and analyzes quality-related data, identifies opportunities for improvement, and establishes measures to eliminate deficiencies - independently performs audits within the organization - participates in implementing corrective measures resulting from the audit plan We Offer: - corresponding salary compensation; full-time salary grade 12: 31,230 Kč to 45,260 Kč (according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll. based on achieved qualification and experience) + personal compensation + bonuses - company benefits: - regular pension insurance contribution - company cafeteria - 5 weeks of vacation - responsible work with a trustworthy employer - collegial and friendly atmosphere - opportunity for self-realization Working Hours: 6:30 - 15:00 Start: immediately on a fixed-term basis, with possibility of extension If interested, please send a structured CV to: [email protected] or contact HR at: 604 199 727.
