Qualification Requirements - minimum secondary education with high school diploma (economics-focused) - at least 3 years of professional experience in the field (preferred) We Require - knowledge of accounting for contributory organizations - knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping - required - basics of payroll accounting - knowledge of asset accounting (preferred) - knowledge of project accounting (preferred) - knowledge of VERA accounting software welcome - proficiency with PC applications (Word, Excel) - criminal clearance - verified by criminal record registry excerpt - reliability, attention to detail, and responsible work approach - willingness to pursue professional development Job Responsibilities - ensures smooth operation of accounting for the entire organization - prepares drafts of cost and revenue plans - controls account balances in the general ledger and arranges necessary corrections - processes and submits internal accounting documents for posting - prepares annual financial statements - participates in asset inventory - monitors VAT records and performs quarterly settlements and tax authority reporting - prepares grant applications for MPSV + accounting - issues invoices and manages issued invoice records - performs additional tasks assigned by supervisor We Offer: - competitive compensation, full-time salary (position classification - 9th grade from 25,190 Kč to 36,210 Kč according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 based on qualifications and experience) + personal bonus + performance incentives - 5 weeks of vacation - corporate benefits: - company dining facility - regular pension insurance contribution - employee massages - collegial and friendly work atmosphere - meaningful work with a trustworthy employer Fixed working hours 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM.
