Activation Workers - Social Services Workers

Qualification Requirements - Secondary education completed with a final examination (maturita) - Professional competence according to Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services (social services worker training course, with the possibility to complete the course during employment) We Require - knowledge of the target group - experience working with seniors is an advantage - PC skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, Cygnus program is an advantage) - ability to work as part of a team - reliability, attention to detail - manual dexterity and creativity - ability to plan, prepare, and lead educational, activation, and leisure activities and cultural events - ability to play a musical instrument - an advantage - Class B driver's license - an advantage - willingness to continue learning - criminal record clearance - verified by a criminal record extract Job Responsibilities - participate in the creation of leisure activities focused on clients' current needs (preparation) - conduct thematically-focused leisure activities with clients based on their current needs (relaxation, stretching) - implement group and individual activities with clients - work with activation plans - accompany clients to social and cultural events, or provide transportation to appointments if needed - participate in creating and implementing individual client plans (in written and electronic form) - collaborate with clients on developing individual personal plans (short-term and long-term) We Offer: - competitive salary upon hire (salary placement from 24,570 Kč to 34,970 Kč according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., on remuneration of public service employees, based on achieved qualifications and experience) + personal bonuses, rewards, and supplements - 5 weeks of vacation - company benefits: - company cafeteria - regular pension insurance contribution - employee massages - collegial and friendly atmosphere - meaningful work with a trustworthy employer Work on 8-hour shifts with irregular scheduling.
