Specialist/Specialist in Pedagogy Requirements:
• Master's degree in education or pedagogy
• Education in Czech language or Czech as a foreign language, Slavic philology, Germanic studies, Bohemian studies, etc.
Additional advantages:
• Experience working with foreigners, supplementary education in working with foreigners or in psychology
Job responsibilities
The role will primarily involve working with foreigners - children, adults, or entire families - to support their integration into the Czech environment. This includes:
• Language support (Czech language)
• Assistance with orientation in the Czech system and environment
• Professional management of team members
Work location: Jihlava
Note regarding contract work (DPP):
Work on a contract basis is primarily for afternoon courses 1-2 times per week.

Employment contracts are initially concluded for one year with the expectation of renewal and transition to an indefinite period.
Legislation and security requirements
For positions within a registered social service, proof of good conduct via a criminal record extract (good conduct verification) must be provided before starting. The employer ensures further staff training in accordance with § 111 of the Social Services Act.
